1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions take full effect upon your access to or use of the hype96 platform, including the website, mobile application (if available), and all related services. Acceptance of these terms is absolute and unconditional.

2Eligibility to Use hype96

To register and use the hype96 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) hype96 account active at any one time. This includes accounts registered using the same name, email address, phone number, or payment method.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or valid identification document.
• An active and reachable Malaysian mobile number.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

Hype96 reserves the right to request a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or other verification documents at any time to confirm a member's identity. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or termination.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Hype96 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Fund Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your hype96 account within the timeframe specified by the respective payment provider.

Hype96 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies — this is beyond hype96's control.

5Fund Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your hype96 account, the following conditions must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for each request.
• The account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process in full.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in the name of the hype96 account owner.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected:

• VIP Members: 5 – 15 minutes for e-wallet, 1 – 4 hours for FPX
• Standard Member: 15 minutes – 2 hours for e-wallet, up to 24 hours for FPX

Hype96 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawal requests pending investigation until identity verification and source of funds confirmation have been completed.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Hype96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to a Welcome Bonus, daily rebates, weekly cashback, and VIP Rewards programme prizes. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all hype96 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in accordance with the relevant promotion's terms.
• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Hype96 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if any attempt to abuse a promotion is detected, including arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the stipulated validity period has passed.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual and per household.

7Game Rules and Outcomes

All games available on the hype96 platform — including video slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and fish shooting games — are operated by licensed third-party providers. Each game's rules are the responsibility of the respective provider, and hype96 does not modify game mechanics in any way.

For Live Casino games, all outcomes are final once a round is completed. Any disputes regarding game results will be referred to the video recordings provided by the game provider, which serve as conclusive evidence.

For Sports Betting on hype96 — covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more — bet settlements are based on official results as reported by the relevant sporting body. hype96 reserves the right to suspend or void bets in exceptional circumstances, such as match interruptions or results officially disputed by the organising body.

8Prohibited Player Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe gaming experience for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the hype96 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in fraud, match manipulation, or any form of unlawful collusion with other players in competitive games.
• Attempted money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Misuse of any bonus or promotional system in a manner inconsistent with the original intent of the promotion.
• Using hype96's services from a geographical region where doing so is restricted under local law.

Hype96 operates a sophisticated 24-hour monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any account found to be involved in prohibited activities will be immediately frozen pending investigation.

9Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your hype96 account login credentials secure, including your username and password. hype96 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Never share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.

Hype96 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Please disregard any such requests and report them to our support team.

10Account Suspension and Termination

Hype96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity confirmed through investigation.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the hype96 support team via live chat or email. All valid account balances (excluding active bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

Accounts that have been inactive for 90 consecutive days may be subject to an inactivity administration fee after a notice has been sent to the member's registered email. This fee will not exceed the available account balance.

11Responsible Gaming

Hype96 is committed to responsible gaming principles and provides the following self-exclusion tools to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit allowed within a specified period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to permanently self-exclude from the platform.

12hype96 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, hype96 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform, whether directly or indirectly.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond hype96's control.
• Actions or omissions by third-party payment service providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Under no circumstances shall hype96's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Hype96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material amendments that significantly affect members' rights, hype96 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via:
